Our old flowers.

My World today is just a simple vase of flowers, but they come from our old home in Grovetown, which we sold 2 years ago. We were privileged to be allowed to revisit the old house and garden and pick a bunch of my favourite flowers.
Here they are on the windowsill of our new home in Picton with our view of Picton and the harbour behind.
Do check out some other wonderful interesting postings on the
My World Meme.

That is very special...very kind of the folks who live there now. Funny how important some connections are. Flowers are a great way to remember the good stuff. They are beautiful.

The flowers are just beautiful. I like the vase too. Your flowers look more tropical that what we have, as I know where you live they should be from a more pleasant climate.

Hi Glennis - I looked at the date of this post and I thought she's ahead of herself then I realised it's already tomorrow in New Zealand! The joys of blogging - it really makes time fly! I love the flowers, how beautiful they look, and remind us of what we can aspire to if and when summer arrives to the Northern Hemisphere!

Haha, your world today is as small as a vase.
