Family Picnic to celebrate the life of my Mother the Matriach of our family, held indoors because of less than perfect weather, in the Ten Pin Bowling building. A perfect choice.
Wonderful spread of the yummyist food followed by some very fun bowling games, I did not distinguish myself but several of the family proved to be really good at this game, so much laughter and noise it was a lovely time together made even better by my Grandson Kayne Schwasscoming over from Nelson on his motor bike to join us, it made my day
. Even baby Harper came along to be the youngest member of the family

Two Coast Guard boats
There has been a new Coast Guard boat provided for the benefit of Picton boaties. We walked down to get a photo of the new boat, but the 2 boats were just pulling away from their jetty off to assist someone in trouble.
We watched as they raced away past a group of small colourful yachts at full speed they raced of the the rescue, it was interesting to see the new boat which is much bigger was also much faster.
It was a lovely walk home in the sunshine, we decided to take the bush walk home its a bit longer but much nicer.
We will have to walk down again to get a close photo of those boats.

Mystery Flowers
Memorial to a lovely lady who lived in our complex. She has died and we all attended her huge funeral today. She was much loved.
It was a complete surprise to find the big fire tree covered in red Hibiscus flowers. So pretty she would have loved this. I wonder who did this and where the Hibiscus flowers came from, there are none growing around here. Bye Rona.
Who knows who did this lovely gesture. God Bless.
