My Wonderful Daughter Nyle has made it three Gold Medals for her sport of Race Walking at the World Masters Athletics in Sacramento. The Hat trick.
Here she is with her medal for the 20km walk, with her medal and the New Zealand Flag.
I warms my heart to see her huge smile of happiness.
She got a personal Best yet again 1hour 56 minutes, for walking 20 km, Amazing.
Her friend Tammy was second and got the Silver Medal
The effort exhausted her and she collapsed on the finish line, but a rest a drink and some ice and she was ready to collect her award.
